2、岗位职责：

1. Reviewandcontroldaytodaybook-keepingincludingpettycash,cashatbanksandallvouchersinputworksandallledgers

审查现金和银行日记账，并把所有凭证输入总分类账中；

2. Completecostcenteraccounting

完成成本核算；

3. Recognizethesalesandworkouttherelativeworkingpapers

核对销售收入，并制定相关财务文件；

4. MonitorinventorybalanceandcalculatethecostofsalesandGrossMarginetc.

监控库存余额，计算销售成本及毛利等；

5. CommunicatewithHangzhoutaxauthorityifneeded

需要时与杭州国地税保持沟通；

6. Producetheinvoiceschargedtootherentitiesinthegroup

开具本单位发票及催收其他单位发票；

7. Fillinandliaisewithrelatedstaffofheadoffice

核对并与总公司的相关人员进行联络沟通；

8. CompleteFinancialStatementReportingIFRS/AccountinglocalGAAPbymonthandsendtoCFOoftheheadquarter

每月依据本地会计准则GAAP准时把财务报表发送给总部CFO；

9. Understandthetemporaryandpermanentdifferences

了解临时和永久性差异；

10.Prepareentityconsolidationofpotentially3companiesinChina

准备把中国的3家公司进行实体整合；

11.Preparecashflowforecastonaweeklybasisandbudgetingoneyear&rsquosP&L,BS,C/FStatementtogetherwithCEO

每周编制现金流预测和预算，并与首席执行官一起核算一年的损益表；

12.AssistGeneralManagerandCFO&CEOoftheheadquarteronfinancingandinvestment,ifany

如有必要，协助总经理及总部CFO和CEO财务及投资方面的事项；

13.AssistGeneralManageronHRworkswhennecessary

必要时，协助总经理对人力资源管理方面的工作；

14.UndertakeotherworksassignedbyGeneralManagerorCFO&CEOoftheheadquarter.

承办总经理、总部首席财务官及首席执行官委派的其他工作。

3、任职要求

FluentinEnglish&Mandarinreading,writingandspeaking,atoraboveCET-6

流利的英语和汉语读写及口语能力，

CET-6

及以上；

5oraboveyears&rsquoexperiencewithtradingbusinessinChina,havingexperienceonE-commercebusinessinChinawillbepreferable

年及以上中国贸易业务经验，有电子商务经验者优先；

Mainexperienceininternationalaccounting/bookkeeping/reporting

国际会计

记账

报告经验；

VeryfamiliarwithExcelandpreferablywithafirstexperienceonKingdeeAccountingSoftware,NavisionExperienceandERPImplementation

熟练使用

Excel

，最好有金蝶财务软件、

Navision

和

ERP

实施经验；

WorkingExperienceinaWFOEorJVinChina,Europeancompanywillbepreferable有中国外商独资企业或合资企业工作经验，欧洲公司的优先考虑；

PlusisadditionalexperienceintaxesinChina有中国税收经验，熟悉国家税收政策；

Abachelordegreeinfinance/accounting财务/会计专业本科以上学历；

AccountingCertificateondutyinChina持有会计上岗证，中级会计职称；

Hands-on,initiative,highsenseofresponsibility,accuracyandorientationtodetailsareessential.主动，高度的责任感，准确及对细节的定位至关重要。
